Are you a Maintenance/Reliability Engineer or similar with experience supervising people, looking for a diverse, rewarding role at the heart of one of the largest companies in the UK?

In this role you will be overseeing a small team of 6 Engineers, including Apprentices, playing a large part in the training, coaching and development of them. You will be planning maintenance schedules, reliability projects, and overall reducing downtime within a busy production site.

This role would suit a Maintenance/Reliability Engineer who has overseen a small before, looking to join a large, stable company offering a long-term career with plenty of professional development.

The Role

• Overseeing a team of 6, including 3 apprentices
• Planning maintenance and handling reliability projects to reduce downtime
• Fully funded qualifications to become multi-skilled
• Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm
