Are you an experienced R&D engineer with a background in aviation looking to join a growing company, specialising in aircraft component repair, with excellent opportunities for progression and training?

The company have been established since 2016 and our currently expanding, including opening a new facility Essex at the end of this year. They will look to offer brilliant training to enable employee’s to thrive and grow alongside them.

Day-to-day you will be researching CMMs, documenting technical information from manuals and working with the team on developing new repair processes and tooling solutions.

This role would suit an experienced R&D Engineer, preferably with a background in the aerospace or aviation sectors, looking to join an expanding company specialising in aviation repair and engineering.

The Role:

• Interpreting and improving CMMs
• Designing new repair processes and tooling solutions
• Managing capability development project and providing guidance to production teams.

The Person:

• Degree in an engineering discipline (or equivalent experience)
• Background in aviation or aerospace
• Experience as an R&D Engineer
• Experience with CMMs
