Are you a Project Planner from a Construction or Building Services background looking to take ownership of project programmes for high-value engineering projects, with the opportunity to work on complex developments across the UK while progressing your career within a growing business?

This building services company has seen continued success and rapid growth since its establishment in 1963. Specialising in complex engineering projects across the Commercial, Healthcare, Education, Life Sciences, Heritage, Hospitality and Residential sectors, the business employs over 400 direct staff and subcontractors across offices in Northern Ireland and Ireland. With an excellent reputation for delivering technically challenging projects throughout the UK and Ireland, they are continuing their expansion and strengthening their project delivery team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing project programmes from the early planning stages through to completion. Working closely with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors and clients, you will develop detailed schedules, monitor progress, identify risks and support the successful delivery of projects by implementing effective planning strategies.

This role would suit a Project Planner from a Construction or Building Services background looking for autonomy, career development and the opportunity to become a key part of a successful project delivery team within a growing engineering organisation.

The Role:
* Develop and manage detailed project programmes from pre-construction through to completion
* Monitor project progress against key milestones and identify potential delays or risks
* Work closely with Project Managers, site teams, engineers, subcontractors and clients to coordinate delivery plans
* Produce progress reports, look-ahead schedules and recovery programmes to support project performance
* Analyse project requirements, sequencing, resources and constraints to improve delivery efficiency
* Support the planning and delivery of complex construction and building services projects across multiple sectors
* Work Monday to Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, with an early finish at 3:30pm on Fridays

The Person:
* Project Planner or similar
* Experience developing and managing construction or engineering programmes
* Experience using Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject or similar planning software
* Background within Construction, Building Services, MEP or Engineering projects
* Commutable to Manchester
