Are you a Project Coordinator with a mechanical or manufacturing background and experience using 2D AutoCAD, with a full UK driving licence, looking for a dynamic role where you’ll work on a variety of projects within our Pumping Station team, receive manufacturer-specific training, and have excellent opportunities for career progression within the company?

This UK manufacturer, with a £21 million turnover, supplies innovative pumping and fluid handling solutions to the construction, utilities, housing, and wastewater sectors, built on over 65 years of engineering excellence, reliability, and customer-focused service trusted by local authorities, developers, and contractors nationwide.

In this role, you’ll coordinate the delivery of adoptable pumping station projects from quotation through to final approval. You’ll produce 2D AutoCAD drawing packs, liaise with authorities to secure technical approvals, support site engineers with technical queries, and prepare project documentation including O&M manuals. Working closely with customers, engineers and internal teams, you’ll develop a strong understanding of pumping systems and industry regulations while playing a key role in delivering compliant, high-quality solutions.

This role would suit a Project Coordinator or similar with experience in 2D AutoCAD and an interest in mechanical or water industry projects, looking to develop their technical knowledge within a UK manufacturer?

The role:

• Produce 2D AutoCAD drawing packs for adoptable pumping station projects
• Support projects from quotation stage through to final approval and sign-off
• Provide technical support to site engineers and respond to project-related queries
• Monday – Friday – 40 hours – flexible between 8 – 6

The Person:

• Experience using 2D AutoCAD
• Background in mechanical or manufacturing
• Happy working in a team of 12
• Commutable to Stoke
