In this role, you will be responsible for creating and ensuring the execution of daily, weekly and monthly production schedules for employees across all areas of the business. You will also be responsible for the oversight of the Production and Manufacturing process, making sure products are made within budget and delivered on time, ensuring they withhold the highest standard. In addition, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to make production more cost/time effective where possible. On top of this, you will also be responsible for wider production process responsibilities, including, but not limited to: buying, logistic etc… Finally, you will be responsible for machine checks and maintenance as and when needed, as well as keeping accurate technical documentation.

The ideal Production Manager will have a background within the Fabrication/Steel/Architectural Metalwork Industry or a related field as well as previous experience within a management role. In addition to this, you will have previous experience within a Production/Fabricator/Welding position. You will have strong leadership skills, being happy to work both as part of a team but also autonomously. Finally, you will be highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and multi-tasking abilities.
