Are you a Production Manager or Workshop Manager from a furniture or joinery background, looking for a senior position offering a 4-day working week and a clear opportunity to progress to Director within 2 years?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established bespoke furniture manufacturer with over 20 years of industry history, specialising in the design and manufacture of bespoke furniture and joinery for commercial environments.

In this role, you will oversee day-to-day production across the workshop, managing four Foremen responsible for different teams. You will ensure bespoke furniture and joinery projects are manufactured efficiently, delivered on time and meet the required quality standards. You will also monitor performance, improve production processes and maintain high standards of health and safety across the shop floor.

This role would suit a Production Manager or similar, looking for a highly autonomous challenging et rewarding role at the forefront of day to day operations while only working a 4 day week.

The Role:

• Oversee day-to-day workshop production across bespoke furniture and joinery projects
• Manage four Foremen, coordinating teams, workloads and production schedules
• Monitor KPIs, improve productivity and maintain quality and health and safety standards
• Opportunity to progress into a Director-level position

The Person:

• Production Manager, Workshop Manager or similar
• Background in furniture manufacturing, joinery or bespoke manufacturing
