In this role, you will support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. The role focuses on process stability, output optimisation, and continuous improvement within the production environment. Providing hands-on technical support to production teams, leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to resolve manufacturing issues. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, lead process validation and new activities, and analyse production data to optimise performance.
This role would suit a Mechanical, Manufacturing or Production focused engineer, looking for a stable, long-term role within a close-knit, well-established manufacturing business that offers hands-on training, clear progression, and an excellent work-life balance with ten hour shifts Monday to Wednesday, a seven hour shift on Thursday and then a three day weekend to focus on what’s most important to you.
