Are you a Product Owner or similar with experience in digital products, user research, and Agile delivery, looking to take ownership of multiple websites and improve performance, conversion, and user experience for a global flexible workspace provider?

On offer is the opportunity to join a global flexible workspace provider, working across a portfolio of websites and digital products used by customers worldwide. You will take ownership of existing digital platforms, focusing on improving user experience, performance, and conversion through ongoing optimisation and redesign initiatives.

In this hands-on Product Owner role where you will work closely with development and design teams to deliver website improvements and enhancements. You will be responsible for building and maintaining product roadmaps, running Agile ceremonies, and ensuring delivery is aligned to business priorities. You will also monitor product performance, identify conversion blockers, and develop experimentation ideas to improve customer journeys and commercial outcomes across digital platforms.

This role would suit a Product Owner with experience in digital products, user research, and Agile delivery, who is confident managing roadmaps, working with technical teams, and using data and experimentation to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion.

The Role:

• Own and manage multiple digital websites and products, ensuring ongoing performance and alignment with business goals
• Build, maintain, and adjust product roadmaps while leading Agile ceremonies and supporting delivery teams
• Collaborate with developers and designers on website redesigns, improvements, and implementation of new features
• Monitor product performance, identify conversion blockers, and drive experimentation and optimisation initiatives with stakeholders

The Person:

• Product Owner certification or relevant product qualification
• Experience in a Product Owner or digital product role, including Agile environments
• Commutable to London once a week
