Are you a Principal Structural Engineer with UK experience, looking to take a leading role within an established consultancy, offering sponsorship opportunities, where your technical judgement will shape major projects and influence the continued development of the business?

In this role, you will provide technical leadership across a diverse portfolio spanning large-scale residential developments, complex industrial facilities, historic buildings, rail infrastructure and sports stadiums. You will oversee structural design and analysis, review and approve engineering calculations, guide project teams and resolve complex technical challenges. Acting as a senior point of contact for clients and external partners, you will take responsibility for technical quality and project delivery from concept through to completion.

The Role:

• Provide technical leadership across complex structural engineering projects
• Oversee structural analysis, calculations and design reviews
• Mentor engineering teams and manage key client relationships, with occasional site visits
• 37.5 hours per week, with flexible hours and hybrid working
