Are you an Ecologist or similar looking to progress to a senior role within a thriving and diverse company that offers a fantastic work life balance, where you will lead a tight knit team and be responsible for the project delivery of a variety of ecological projects?

In this role you will be responsible for managing a small team of 3 ecologists, where you will deliver a variety of ecological projects. You will provide expert advice to clients regarding badger and bat habitats, analyse and conduct surveys and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Founded over a decade ago, this company design, construct and maintain highway systems. This ranges from consultations of infrastructure improvement, electrical works and the building of roads. This company is rapidly expanding and need an experienced Senior Ecologist to join the team and provide consultations for multi-million-pound highways projects.

This role would suit a Senior Ecologist looking to step into a senior role where you will lead a small team and deliver large scale projects for this well-established highway company.

The Role:

• Deliver expert ecology advice for clients and project managers
• Analyse and conduct surveys
• Ensure compliance with ecological laws and regulations
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are kept within ecological boundaries
