Are you an Operations Manager, Project Manager, Laboratory Manager, or similar, looking for a varied role where you can manage projects, improve processes, and support a specialist team?

On offer is a key position within a specialist organisation where you will help oversee day-to-day operations, manage project delivery, and support improvements across the department.

In this role, you will manage multiple projects from planning through to final reporting, ensuring deadlines, resources, client expectations, and quality standards are kept on track. You will also help improve internal processes, support reporting standards, and train the wider team across project delivery and communication.

This role would suit someone from an operations, project management, laboratory, scientific, CRO, or similar background who is organised, commercially aware, and confident managing projects, deadlines, and clients.

The Role

• Manage multiple projects from planning through to final reporting
• Track deadlines, resources, progress, risks, and client requirements
• Improve processes, reporting standards, quality systems, and day-to-day operations
• Train and support the wider team across project delivery and communication

The Person

• Operations Manager, Project Manager, Laboratory Manager, or similar
• Background in operations, project management, laboratory, CRO, scientific, or similar environment
• Experience managing projects, deadlines, clients, quality standards, or operational delivery
• Commutable to Bingley, West Yorkshire
