Are you a senior leader from a motorsport, automotive engineering or high-performance environment looking to shape the strategic direction of a globally recognised motorsport business?

Do you have a proven track record of leading multidisciplinary teams, driving performance and have a technical understanding of race operations?

The company is a leading supplier of High-Performance Vehicles, specialising in the conversion of the Porsche 911 for rally racing but they also will create new performance vehicles created by their internal teams.

The successful candidate will be taking charge of the motorsport department, leading and developing new improvement within the company and providing strategic oversight over new vehicle readiness. This position will be office based but there will be times to oversee company events.

This is an outstanding opportunity to join a specialist motorsport company’s Senior Management Team and take strategic ownership of the Motorsport & Events function.

The Role:

• Take charge to define and deliver the strategic direction of the Motorsport & Events function
• Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing multidisciplinary Motorsport & Events team
• Own the commercial and operational performance of the company’s global motorsport and events programmes
• Oversee race, rally, testing and customer programmes across international markets
• Provide strategic oversight of vehicle readiness, technical operations, logistics and resource planning

The Person:

• Significant senior leadership experience within international motorsport or automotive engineering
• Proven track record of delivering strategic, commercial and operational success
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting and business planning
