Are you an experienced Offshore Service Technician with strong electro-mechanical skills? Do you want to work at the forefront of offshore wind technology for a growing engineering specialist with international projects?

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Offshore Technician to join a rapidly expanding business delivering specialist access and lifting solutions to the offshore wind sector. You will play a key role in commissioning, servicing and maintaining cutting-edge equipment offshore, ensuring systems operate safely, reliably and to the highest standards.

This company is a fast-growing engineering specialist supporting major offshore wind developments in the UK and overseas. With a strong project pipeline and international expansion, they offer long-term stability, structured training and genuine progression opportunities.

This role would suit a Technician with offshore experience and a background in electro-mechanical maintenance who is confident fault finding, working at height and operating in challenging offshore environments. The Role:

  • Work offshore on a rotational basis carrying out commissioning, service and maintenance
  • Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on electro-mechanical systems
  • Complete inspections of equipment and PPE
  • Prepare technical reports and maintenance documentation
  • Liaise with offshore personnel, clients and internal technical teams
  • Support spare parts management and inventory control
  • Undertake occasional office-based work and overseas assignments (including USA)

The Person:

  • Offshore working experience
  • Experience in electro-mechanical maintenance
  • HNC in Electrical discipline (or equiv)
  • Valid passport and right to work in the UK
