Are you a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar from a Manufacturing background looking for a varied role working as part of a tight-knit team within a specialist, long-established Food manufacturer who offer a good work life balance due to working 4 on 4 off and unlimited, optional overtime to increase your earnings?

This company are a well-established manufacturer of a broad range of Pet Food and associated products with a broad customer base including household name supermarkets and bespoke businesses. They have over 200 staff and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team.

In this varied role you will be part of a maintenance team of 12 (3 on each shift) as you are responsible for primarily reactive and some PPM on a broad range of Food manufacturing machinery, and associated improvement work. You will work rotating 4 on 4 off day and nights shifts (from 7-7), with overtime always available and paid at 1.25x.

This exciting role would suit a Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a local role at a high-end manufacturing site within a growing company offering overtime and ongoing progression across the business.

The Role:

• Carry out a range of mechanical and electrical work on Food manufacturing machinery
• Primarily reactive, with some PPM- and aims to move more towards PPM focused schedule
• 4 on 4 off shifts- rotating days and nights , 7-7
• Overtime readily available 1.25x

• Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Manufacturing / Food / FMCG background
• Happy to work shifts
• Commutable to Boston
