Are you a Multi-Skilled Carpenter or Carpenter/Plumber looking to join a well-established property maintenance company offering long-term contracts and consistent work?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing property maintenance business with a strong reputation and long-standing client relationships. Due to the award of a large contract, the company is expanding its team to support maintenance and refurbishment work across commercial and residential properties.

In this role, you will carry out a variety of carpentry and plumbing maintenance tasks across properties, including repairs, installations, and planned maintenance. You will manage your own workload while being supported by an experienced and professional team.

The Role:
* Carrying out carpentry repairs, installations, and maintenance.
* Completing basic plumbing work including pipework repairs and fixture installations.
* Property maintenance work across Basingstoke and Eastleigh.
* Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm with regular overtime available.

The Person:
* Multi-skilled Carpenter with plumbing experience.
* Strong background in property maintenance or refurbishment work.
* Full UK driving license and ability to travel locally.
