Are you a MIG Welder with structural steel experience looking for a stable Monday to Friday role with regular overtime opportunities and an early finish every Friday?

This growing structural steel fabrication company specialises in manufacturing high-quality steelwork for the construction industry. Working from a modern workshop, they produce RSJs, beams, columns and bespoke fabricated components for a range of residential and commercial projects. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced Welder Fabricator to their skilled workshop team.

In this role, you will carry out MIG welding and fabrication on a variety of structural steel components, working from engineering drawings and welding procedures to produce high-quality finished products. You will be involved in cutting, fitting, assembling, grinding and finishing steelwork, ensuring all work is completed to the required standards.

This role would suit a MIG Welder / Fabricator from a structural steel background looking to join a well-established and growing company offering long-term job security, overtime opportunities and a great work-life balance with an early finish every Friday.

The Role:

• MIG welding and fabrication of structural steelwork

• Manufacture RSJs, beams, columns and bespoke steel components

• Read and work from engineering drawings and welding procedures

• Cutting, fitting, assembly, grinding and finishing duties

• Monday to Friday workshop-based role with overtime available

The Person:

• Experienced MIG Welder / Fabricator

• Background working with structural steel

• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Commutable to Dudley
