In this role, the successful Mechanical / Maintenance Engineer will carry out pre-planned maintenance, servicing, calibration, and repairs on a wide range of vehicle workshop equipment across Leeds and surrounding areas, with further travel as required.
The ideal candidate will have proven mechanical or maintenance experience within workshop or industrial equipment, strong fault-finding ability, and the flexibility to travel and occasionally stay away to meet customer needs.
The Role:
* Servicing, repairing, and calibrating vehicle lifts, brake testers, MOT bays, and tyre equipment.
* Carrying out planned maintenance and reactive breakdown support across customer sites.
* Managing documentation and maintaining high professional and safety standards.
The Person:
* Proven experience in a mechanical or maintenance engineering role (workshop equipment experience desirable).
* Strong fault-finding skills with knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems.
* Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel and occasional nights away.
