Are you a Maintenance Operative / Technician with experience with industrial machines looking to join a well-established specialist with a constant workload, offering a days-based role finishing at 3pm and a company bonus to boost your income?

This specialist has manufacturer produced high-performance refractory solutions for over 50 years supplying to the steel, aluminium and energy sectors. After continuous growth, they are looking to expand their maintenance team to keep up with the workload. They also work alongside local collages to provide your formal qualifications

In this role you will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance of industrial equipment. This includes PPM of conveyors, mixers and other plant machinery whilst also helping with machinery installations, modifications and improvement projects. You will also be assisting with basic electrical fault finding once trained.

This role would suit a Maintenance Technician or similar with a well-established manufacturer that value employee satisfaction offering a days-based role.

The Role:

• Carry out PPM and reactive repairs on plant machinery
• Working on motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors and more
• Assisting with basic electrical fault-finding
• Monday – Friday (7:30am-3pm)

The Person:

• Mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment
• Willing to commute to factory in Dudley
