You will be in a highly skilled team of preventative maintenance professionals tasked with keeping the good times going smoothly in these extravagant apartments, which comes with its perks.

In this role you will receive practical hands-on experience by seasoned engineers who do it all. You will shadow plumbers, electricians and more, whilst getting the opportunity to get qualified all expenses paid, with a company ready to invest in you, you will be well on your way to becoming an engineer. And with the company having many departments spanning far wider than the world of maintenance, you will have the opportunity to change things up with one of the many other roles available once you have earned your stripes.

The ideal candidate will have general maintenance experience, preferably in a customer facing environment, be a jack of all trades with experience in multiple different permanent trade roles and will be available on weekends when required and able to be on call after hours for one week of the month.

The Role:

• Hands on maintenance for a variety of luxury apartments. You will use cutting edge tools and equipment to ensure high standards are maintained.
• You will receive your job allocation at the start of the day, so you will have a variety of maintenance tasks which keeps things fresh.
• You will be on call for a week of each month, where you will need to be available after hours but will receive £20 per day for making yourself available, and will receive £65 per call out.

• Basic maintenance knowledge
• Driving License
• Local to London
