Are you a Maintenance Engineer or similar looking for a permanent days-based role with a leading engineering company who give a stable workload, long-term stability and a half day on a Friday?

On offer is the opportunity to work for a leading supplier of machine components, who operate across the UK and supply to a range of sectors including the Aerospace, Automotive, Oil & Gas and Defence. This is a permanent role, Monday – Friday, with a half day on a Friday, you will receive on the job training with their Senior Engineers.

This varied role will see you responsible for the repair and maintenance of production machinery across the facility, there will be PPM checks and regular maintenance works, process improvements and workshop maintenance included. The hours are 7:30AM – 4:30PM with a 12:30PM finish on a Friday

This role would suit a Maintenance Engineer or similar with a background in a manufacturing or production environment that is looking for a permanent, days-based role with a company who look after their staff and give you long-term stability.
THE ROLE

• Carrying out PPM checks and maintenance work
• Work closely with the production team to maintain efficient manufacturing operations.
• Carry out mechanical and electrical repair and maintenance of production machinery across the factory.
• Monday 07:30am to 16:30pm – Friday 07:30am to 12:30pm

THE PERSON

• Maintenance Engineer or similar
• Background in Production or Manufacturing environments
• Commutable to Stockport
