Are you an early-career Quality professional, with experience within a manufacturing environment, looking for an opportunity to develop your skills and build a long-term career within a specialist engineering business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a well-established manufacturer operating within the non-ferrous metals and engineering sector. The business specialises in the manufacture of high-performance copper alloys and engineered materials for defence applications.

Reporting to the Internal Compliance Manager, you will learn and support the day-to-day operation of the company’s quality systems and processes.

This will include maintaining quality records, supporting internal audits, monitoring corrective actions and helping coordinate training, giving you exposure to a broad range of quality activities within a manufacturing environment.

The suitable candidate will have experience in a quality function within a manufacturing environment.

The Role

• Assist with the ongoing management of quality systems across the manufacturing site
• Ensure quality records, documentation and digital systems are kept accurate and up to date
• Support internal audits by helping with preparation, evidence gathering and recording findings
• Help organise quality-related training and maintain accurate employee training records
• Monday to Thursday, 7 – 4, Friday 7 – 3

• Background in a quality function within a manufacturing or similar environment
