Are you a Junior CNC Machinist, who is wanting to kickstart their career by joining a respected manufacturer who offer excellent training and progression?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a manufacturer that specialises in producing engine covers for motorcycles. In 2009, the company gained accreditation from the Federation of International Motorcyclists (FIM), reflecting its commitment to quality and performance.

Their products are primarily supplied to the motorsport industry, including British Superbikes, while also catering to everyday riders with a range of high-quality motorcycle components.

Initially, your role will involve operating CNC machinery, including XYZ and Mikron machines, to manufacture high-quality engine protection components. This will include both milling and grinding operations, working from technical drawings and producing parts to tight tolerances.

Full training will be provided in CNC programming, with a particular focus on HyperMILL software, alongside comprehensive product training to develop your technical knowledge and expertise.

This opportunity would suit someone with a year’s CNC machining experience, who is looking to develop their skills and progress their career within a specialist engineering environment.

The Role

• Operating XYZ and Mikron machinery to produce engine protection components
• Reading technical drawings to understand specifications
• Machining components to tight tolerances
• Monday to Thursday, 8 – 5, Friday, 8 – 4
