Are you a CAD Technician with experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, looking to develop your technical design skills within a specialist sports environment?

Do you want to work on a variety of projects, from grassroots and community facilities through to professional clubs and elite sporting environments, while receiving continued training and support to develop your career?

On offer is the opportunity to join a specialist sports design team working on a diverse portfolio of projects across the UK. You will work alongside Engineers, Project Managers, Designers and specialist Consultants, developing technical designs from initial concept through to construction.

In this role, you will produce and develop technical drawings across General Arrangements, drainage, earthworks, levels, cross-sections and construction details. You will also have the opportunity to develop your Civil 3D capabilities and gain specialist knowledge of sports surface and Field of Play design, with training provided in areas including pitch construction, drainage, irrigation, earthworks and associated infrastructure.

This role would suit a CAD Technician or similar with a background in Civil Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure or a related design environment, looking for a technically varied role where they can continue to develop their skills.

The Role:

• Producing and developing technical drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, including General Arrangements, drainage, earthworks and levels
• Developing coordinated drawing packages covering cross-sections, construction details and associated infrastructure
• Working alongside Engineers, Project Managers and specialist Consultants to develop practical and buildable designs from concept through to construction
• Developing your technical capabilities through continued training and mentorship, with the opportunity to gain specialist experience in sports facility and Field of Play design

The Person:

• CAD Technician or similar with experience using AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Background in Civil Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, Land Development or a similar design environment
• Understanding of drainage, earthworks, levels, gradients and technical drawing.
• Monday – Friday | 8:45am – 5:00pm | Office-based in Bingley
