Are you a 3^rd Line IT Support Engineer/Junior Network Engineer or similar looking for an autonomous role in a leading wholesaler of construction materials.

On offer is the exciting opportunity for a 3^rd Line IT Support Technician/Network Engineer to join a longstanding, leading and one of the largest wholesalers to the construction industry. With over 100 years in the industry, this organisation has built itself up to become a market leader with multiple locations across the UK.

In this role, the successful 3^rd Line IT Support Technician/Network Engineer would be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure. This includes, but not limited to, managing servers, networks, and other critical systems to ensure optimal performance and security.

The ideal 3^rd Line IT Support Technician/Network Engineer would have worked in a similar role, be eager to join a construction wholesale business’ in-house IT team.

The Role:

• Manage IT Infrastructure, Servers, Networks, Storage and more.
• Maintain system performance and reliability.
• Implement and manage security measures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support projects as well as implement new processes.

• 3^rd Line IT Support Technician/Network Engineer.
