In this role, you will support Project Managers in the delivery of BMS projects, assisting with design coordination, technical submittals, project documentation, and general project administration. You will play a key role in ensuring deliverables are issued on time, trackers are maintained, and project documentation is completed to a high standard. This position offers structured training and is a clear development pathway towards becoming a Project Manager.

This role would suit an Engineering graduate looking to gain hands-on project experience within BMS, develop strong organisational and coordination skills, and progress into a Project Management position.

The Role:

Support Project Managers with delivery of BMS projects
Assist with design review coordination, tracking RFIs and design updates
Prepare and manage technical submittals, including tracking approvals
Maintain project documentation, registers, and deliverable trackers
Support programme tracking, highlighting risks and delays
Assist with procurement coordination and tracking lead times
Support commissioning, snag tracking, and project closeout
Compile handover documentation including O&M manuals and as-builts
Monday-Friday 08:30 – 17:00

The Person:

Degree in Engineering or related field
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Understanding of HVAC / M&E building services; BMS knowledge advantageous
Commutable to Dublin
