Are you a Graduate Design Engineer from a mechanical background, looking to join a specialist automation company offering opportunities to develop your career with full specialist training and clear routes of progression to becoming a fully-fledged Design Engineer?

In this role you will be trained and assist on the design and development of custom machinery as you support projects across an array of industries. This role is design orientated, using SolidWorks, with additional involvement in the fitting and assembly of products. A plethora of training is available including mentoring and external courses, with clear scopes of progression available, ranging across sectors including design, project, or business paths available.

This company specialises in bespoke automation and engineering solutions for high-profile clientele, developing innovative machinery to solve manufacturing problems and address gaps within the market. With plans of continued growth, they are looking for junior or graduate engineers to join their team to grow and develop in a varied collaborative environment.

This role would suit a Graduate Design Engineer from a mechanical background, with hands-on workshop or DIY experience, looking to learn and grow within a company offering specialist training and clear routes of progression.

The Role:

• Designing, testing, iterating, and manufacturing of new products
• Assist in projects from concept to completion
• Full specialist training and a range of different routes of progression
• 37.5 hours a week, Monday – Friday; 8:30 – 4:30
