Are you a Civil Engineering graduate looking to join a growing consultancy that invests in your development, offering structured training, mentoring from experienced engineers and full support towards chartership, while gaining hands-on experience across a range of exciting infrastructure projects?

This company is a civil engineering consultancy who focus heavily on drainage and highways design, who are heavily invested in employee growth, supporting you on your way to chartership through state-of-the-art training courses and mentorship from industry professionals.

In this role you will be heavily involved with site travel, doing reports, producing drawings, and carrying out site checks, working on drainage and highways design. You will be put through a graduate program which will see you be put through a range of in house and external training, growing your skillset and experience to achieving chartership long term.

This role would suit a Civil Engineering graduate looking to build their career within an established consultancy, gaining hands-on experience across a range of infrastructure projects while benefiting from structured training, expert mentoring and full support towards chartership.

THE ROLE:

• Working alongside and learning from experienced Senior Engineers
• Receiving hands-on mentoring in the office and on-site
• Producing engineering drawings and technical reports
• Carrying out site visits, inspections and surveys
• Accessing fully funded training courses and support towards chartership
• Gaining practical experience across a range of civil engineering projects from day one

THE PERSON:

• Graduate in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering or a related discipline
• Looking for structured training, mentoring and long-term career progression
• Eager to gain hands-on experience both in the office and on-site
• Commutable to Sheffield
