Are you an Air Freight Coordinator with Export experience, looking to join a global logistics business offering multimodal training, a choice of day, afternoon or night shifts, and clear progression into Supervisor and Manager positions, alongside a company bonus?

This global freight forwarding and logistics business operates across international markets with a multi-billion-pound turnover and a worldwide network spanning numerous countries. Providing multimodal transport and supply chain solutions across air, road and sea freight, they work with major customers globally and are looking to strengthen their Air Freight operation with an experienced Export professional.

In this role, you will manage export bookings with airlines, negotiate rates and service levels, and coordinate shipments for primarily internal customers. You will liaise with airlines and internal teams to ensure bookings are handled efficiently, shipments move on time and customers receive the service they require. Joining an established team, you will have clear progression opportunities into Supervisor and Manager positions.

This role would suit an Export Coordinator or Air Freight Operator with experience managing export bookings, looking for a long-term role within a global logistics business offering progression, a company bonus and a choice of shifts.

The Role:

• Manage export bookings with airlines
• Negotiate rates and service levels with airline providers
• Coordinate shipments and ensure bookings are handled efficiently
• Liaise with internal customers to understand their requirements
• Maintain accurate shipment records and booking information
• Resolve booking issues and ensure shipments move on time
• Work closely with internal freight teams and airline contacts
• Choose between day, afternoon or night shifts
• Receive a shift allowance for afternoon and night shifts
• Office based in Feltham with progression into Supervisor and Manager roles

The Person:

• Air Freight Export experience
• Experience managing export bookings
• Commutable to Feltham
