In this role, as an Estimator, you will be responsible for producing quotes for maintenance by reviewing job details, engineer reports and photos to define clear scope of projects. This also includes sourcing materials, gathering supplies and subcontracting prices to help plan and procure approved work. You will be required to coordinate with clients, engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate records.

This role would suit an Estimator or similar with a background in Building Services who has a strong understanding of project costing, budgeting and financial analysis. The ideal candidate would also have a relevant trade qualification such as a Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering.

• Project Cost estimation, budgeting and financial analysis
• Collaborating with Internal teams, clients and subcontractors
