Are you an Engineering Supervisor or similar looking to join a £100 million turnover company, offering a leading, technical role handling an array of engineering projects and maintenance, whilst overseeing a team of 20 Engineers?

In this role you will be split between day-to-day management of the engineers and handling engineering issues (80%) whilst getting stuck in on the tools when needed (20%). Your main tasks will be leading the team and resolving problems, ensuring production runs smoothly.

Founded nearly 70 years ago, this materials processing company are the largest in the UK within their sector, boasting a turnover of £120 million. With a recent investment of £40 million into new machinery, they aim to continue growing on their 40-acre site for years to come.

This role would suit someone who has experience supervising or leading a team within engineering, looking for an exciting new challenge within a large industrial site where they can truly make their mark.

The Role:

• Supervising a team of 20+ engineers
• Handling maintenance scheduling and team issues
• Primarily hands-off (80%) with some hands-on work (20%)
• Monday to Thursday 7:30am – 5:30pm, finish at 4:30pm on Friday
• Overtime paid at 1.5x, Sunday 2x

• Industrial, Manufacturing, Forces, Plant or similar background
