Are you an Electrical Fitter with experience working on generators or industrial electrical systems, looking for a stable, factory-based role within a growing engineering business?

Do you enjoy hands-on electrical assembly, fault-finding, and testing work, ensuring equipment is built and commissioned to high standards in a well-organised workshop environment?

The company design and manufacture hybrid power and generator systems used to support critical power applications across the UK.

Known for their engineering-led approach and commitment to quality, they are expanding their workshop team to support increasing demand.

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Fitter who enjoys conducting fault diagnosis, and working as part of a skilled production team, with opportunities to develop knowledge in hybrid power, battery storage, and control systems.

The Role:

• Assemble and wire electrical control panels, generators, and hybrid power systems
• Install and terminate AC/DC electrical components, cabling, and control systems
• Carry out electrical testing, inspection, and commissioning of finished equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults within generators and power systems
• Interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings to ensure accurate builds

The Person:

• Understanding of electrical systems
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical schematics
• Experience with generators, control panels, or industrial equipment preferred
