Guildford (Hybrid 1 day office based per month)

Are you a DevOps Engineer or Systems Administrator with a background in AWS and automation looking to take ownership of complex cloud infrastructure within a growing, forward-thinking business where your ideas genuinely shape technical direction?

In this role you will take the lead on designing, deploying and maintaining hybrid cloud infrastructure across AWS and private cloud environments. You’ll drive automation using Terraform and Ansible, build and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, and implement monitoring and observability solutions to improve reliability and performance across the business. You will also act as a technical escalation point, mentoring junior engineers and influencing best practice.

This role would suit a DevOps Engineer or Systems Administrator looking for a hands-on position with real ownership, autonomy, and long-term career progression.

The Role:

• DevOps Systems Administrator
• Scripting in Bash, Python or Go
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Acti
• Using Linux skills
• Manage hybrid networks, IAM, firewalls and VPNs
• Monday to Friday (Hybrid working 1 day a month site based)

The Person:

• DevOps Engineer / Systems Administrator or similar
• Commutable to Guildford only a monthly basis
