Are you a Design Manager with SolidWorks experience, looking to join a rapidly expanding company where you can take full autonomy of exciting design projects, lead a skilled team and play a key role in shaping and growing the department over the coming years?

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen design projects from initial concept through to completion, producing high-quality technical drawings and ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will lead and manage a team of five, driving performance, achieving targets and maintaining exceptional standards of design and project delivery.

Established over 30 years ago, this ambitious and rapidly growing company has built a strong reputation within the commercial catering industry. With exciting plans to expand its workforce, strengthen its client base and grow its portfolio, they are now looking to appoint a Design Manager to play a key role in driving business growth.

This role would suit a Design Manager with SolidWorks experience, looking to join a stable company and take full autonomy of the design team.

The Role:

• Managing design Projects and drawing designs for kitchens
• Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget
• Managing a team of 5
• Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
