Are you a Customer Service Advisor or similar with an interest or a background in the automotive industry, looking to take on a highly autonomous, forward-facing role within a well-established business, offering the opportunity to increase your earnings through monthly bonuses?

In this role, you will be seen as the main point of contact, guiding customers and clients alike through the repair and rebuild process. You will coordinate with technicians and internal teams to provide technical advice with full training given, to resolve issues where applicable, identifying opportunities to upsell products and services.

The Role:

• Guiding customers and clients through the repair and rebuild process
• Coordinate with technicians and internal teams
• Provide technical advice
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and services
• Monday – Friday, 08:00am – 17:00pm

The Person:

• Service Advisor or similar
• An interest in the Automotive industry
