£50,000 – £60,000 + Vehicle Allowance + Flexi Time + Pay and Role Progression + Bonus

Are you a Maintenance Manager from a commercial fit out background that wants to work for London’s leading name when it comes to high end of bistro, restuarant and bar fit outs?

Do you want to full autonomy of from where and when you work, in a business that has a best in class reputation and a variety of fit out projects ranging from £25,000 – £1.5m across South and Central London?

Working alongside the senior management team and contracts managers, you will be in charge of maintaining site programmes and assisting in the planning and initial setups of new sites, whilst supporting to secure new projects to add to the businesses growing portfolio.

The Role:

• Working with the Contracts Manager to maintain site programmes
• Assisting in the planning and programming of the initial set up of new jobs reactive and planned maintenance
• Visiting various sites and reporting back to contracts manager on progress
• Be in charge or reactive and planned maintenance

The Person:

• Experience in maintenance scheduling or similar
• Commutable distance to Croydon
