Are you a CNC Grinder looking for a stable and permanent role within a well-established company, offering optional overtime to increase your earnings and a day’s only role where no weekend work is expected, that offers an early finish on a Friday?

As one of the three workshop Grinders, you will be your responsible for programming, setting & operating CNC grinding machines. You will be working through the scheduled production plan, completing small batch size production runs. Your duties will also include offering suggestions on how to improve production in an environment where everyone’s input is valued.

This company is a well-established and financially sound, precision engineering business. They have extensive scope to manufacture a wide variety of components and provide both full-scale manufacturing and standalone services for customer requirements. They cater for but are not limited to oil and gas, automotive and aerospace industries.

This role would suit a CNC Grinder, looking for a stable and days only, Monday to Friday role for a company that values employees and takes input from all staff onsite.

The Role

• Programming Setting and preparing the machine for grinding operations
• Running machines for small to medium batch sizes
• Monday to Thursday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, finishing at 12:00pm on Fridays

The Person

• Previous experience as a Grinder or similar
• Programming knowledge
• Commutable to Poole
