Are you a Business Development Manager with a background in Pharma and Healthcare Freight Forwarding, looking to take ownership of major sector growth opportunities, drive new business across a global logistics network, and maximise your earning potential within a market-leading organisation?

This global freight forwarding and logistics business operates across international markets, providing a wide range of transport and supply chain solutions to customers across multiple sectors. They are looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Business Development Manager who can develop new business opportunities specifically across the Pharma and Healthcare sectors.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business across a designated territory, developing target accounts and building a strong sales pipeline. You will work closely with branch operations, marketing and telesales teams to develop customer solutions while ensuring all sales activity meets the required GDP and GDPR standards.

This role would suit a Business Development Manager from a Pharma / Healthcare Freight Forwarding background, with a proven track record of winning new business and developing relationships within the sector.

The Role:

• Win new business across the Pharma and Healthcare sectors
• Build and manage a pipeline of target accounts
• Drive revenue and gross profit growth
• Develop long-term relationships with key customers
• Ensure sales activity meets GDP and GDPR requirements
• Work closely with Operations, Telesales and Marketing
• Attend industry events and maintain accurate CRM records

• Work collaboratively across the wider business to support regional sales targets
• Hounslow-based with hybrid working

The Person:

• Business Development / Sales experience within Pharma or Healthcare Freight Forwarding
• Knowledge of Pharma / Healthcare logistics and freight forwarding solutions
• Understanding of GDP within Pharma / Healthcare
• Commutable to Hounslow
