Are you an experienced Branch Manager with a background managing operations looking to join a rapidly growing manufacturer of lifting solutions offering excellent benefits and a company car?

Established over 20 years ago, this company has built an excellent reputation within the industry and now operates across 10 depots throughout the UK. With exciting new projects on the horizon for the new year, they are looking to strengthen their management team with the addition of an experienced Branch Manager.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the depot, managing engineers and operational staff to ensure efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include maintaining high health and safety standards, building customer relationships, driving operational performance and managing depot P&L.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Branch Manager with a background in depot operations to join a growing business, with great benefits and ongoing development.

The Role:

• Day – day running of the depot
• Driving business development & customer relations
• Manage P&L, sales targets and performance
• Maintaining customer relations through site visits
• Leading and developing the depot team

• Experience managing operations/depots
