Are you a Project Manager with a background in BMS systems, looking to join a rapidly growing consultancy where you can take full ownership of projects, play a key role in delivery, and progress into a Contracts Manager position while increasing your earnings through a company bonus?

This well-established BMS consultancy, operating for over 40 years, delivers innovative building services engineering and sustainable design solutions across Ireland and internationally. With a proven track record of growth and a strong reputation for technical excellence, the company has built a trusted presence in the industry, supporting clients across a wide range of high-profile infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle delivery of BMS projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard. You will oversee client relationships, coordinate internal teams, and manage project delivery from planning through to handover, including commercial aspects such as cost control, invoicing and variations. You will also support and develop Project Engineers. Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.

This role would suit a driven BMS Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-value projects, progress toward a Contracts Manager role, and boost earnings within a well-established, growing consultancy.

The Role:

• Manage BMS projects from planning through to commissioning and handover
• Deliver projects safely, on time, within budget and to specification
• Plan and manage project programmes across design, CAD, procurement and commissioning
• Direct Project Engineers and oversee timely, accurate documentation and submittals
• Develop programmes and procurement schedules to meet deadlines
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

The Person:

• Proven Project Manager experience within BMS or building controls
• Strong understanding of BMS delivery and HVAC systems (AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, LPHWS, CWS)
• Experience managing projects from planning through to handover
• Familiar with BMS platforms such as Trend, Tridium or Siemens
• Commutable to Dublin
