Are you a BIM and Design Manager who is proficient in Revit / Rhino looking for a fully autonomous leadership role within a Design Consultancy undergoing an exciting period of global growth offering the chance to work on bespoke, multi-faceted projects and continually progress your career?

Founded in the 1960s, this Design Studio has continually moved from strength-to-strength and has amassed an impressive portfolio of clients through a dynamic range of projects. They are currently furthering their global presence- including recently expanding operations in the Middle East- and due to an ever-increasing workload are looking to grow their team of over 100 in their Newcastle office.

In this newly formed role, you will be pivotal to leading BIM implementation, driving the adoption and standards for the implementation of Revit and Forma. You will be directly responsible for overseeing, coaching, and training employees to ensure smooth project delivery. You will shape how the practice designs and delivers, keeping up with industry standards and compliances and leading information management.

This role will suit a BIM Design Manager looking for an autonomous position to oversee, coach and train a team of employees working on bespoke projects within a rapidly growing international design studio that offer the chance to continually develop pyour career.

The Role:

• Head up projects and take responsibility for delivery on time and within budget
• Lead BIM implementation and mentor on design software
• Overseeing, coaching, and training employees
• Flexible working: core hours 10-12 and 2-4 Monday to Thursday, half day on Friday
• Opportunity for individually assessed annual performance bonuses

The Person:

• BIM / Design Manager or similar
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit and Rhino
• Commutable to Newcastle-upon-Tyne
