Are you an Assembly Technician with a background in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar field, looking for a day-based Monday to Friday role with a half day on Fridays, free lunches, and achievable monthly bonuses to boost your income?

You will support the production and assembly of specialist products, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to high standards. You will operate machinery, carry out quality checks, prepare materials, and contribute to process improvements.

This role is ideal for an Assembly Technician with a background in manufacturing, assembly, or a similar field, looking for a stable role with strong benefits and development opportunities.

The Role:
* Complete scheduled work on time and in full
* Operate machinery and support production processes
* Carry out QC checks and ensure quality standards are met
* Maintain a safe working environment and follow H&S procedures
* Perform basic maintenance and report equipment faults
* Track performance and report KPIs
* Support continuous improvement and SOP development

The Person:
* Production Technician with a background in manufacturing, assembly or similar
* Commutable to Royston
