Are you an Architectural Technician or similar looking to join a growing architectural consultancy that invests in your career development? This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding architectural consultancy delivering a varied portfolio of residential and commercial projects. You will work across schemes ranging from smaller extensions and alterations through to full-scale projects, supporting the design and technical delivery process from initial concept through to completion.

This role is split between the office and site visits, you will produce detailed drawings and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit and ArchiCAD, supporting projects from initial concept through to completion. You will also carry out measured surveys, prepare Building Regulations drawings and planning applications, liaise with engineers and consultants, and maintain accurate project documentation.

This role would suit an Architectural Technician or similar, looking to step into a dynamic role with a company that offer training and progression opportunities as well as great company benefits.

The Role:

• Assist in the preparation of detailed technical drawings and specifications
• Support planning and building regulation applications
• Conduct site visits and measured surveys
• Collaborate with engineers, planners, and consultants to ensure compliance

The Person:

• Architectural Technologist or similar
• Commutable to Leeds
• Full UK Driving Licence
