Are you an Applications Engineer with knowledge of Switchgear, hands-on or designing, looking for a varied and interesting role where you will become a client-facing, technical expert with ongoing specialist training alongside clear scope for progression to Senior and Managerial positions?

In this role you will be the point of contact for internal teams and external clients as you communicate between then gathering technical requirements for projects and advise on suitable engineering solutions. Duties include the preparation of quotes and estimates, amending and producing drawings in AutoCAD, and assisting with FATs and BOMs.

This role would suit an Applications Engineer with knowledge of Switchgear, looking for a varied and intellectually stimulating role within a company that provides career nurturing via ongoing training and a wide scope for progression.
The Role:

• Act as point of contact between internal teams and external clients
• Prepare quotes and estimate; manage BOMs
• Produce and amend drawings in AutoCAD
• Assist with FAT’s and entertain clients
• 37.5 hours a week, flexible hours, optional overtime

The Person:

• Applications Engineer
• Switchgear background (either hands-on, design or other)
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
