The Role:

• Carry out First Off, In-Process, Goods Inwards and Final Inspection to customer drawings and specifications
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection to micron-level accuracy using micrometers, verniers, gauges, CMMs, and visual inspection equipment
• Work closely with Engineering and Production teams to identify and resolve quality issues, supporting RCCAs where required
• Maintain accurate inspection and quality records, contributing to continual improvement activities
• Manage gauge control, including ordering, calibration, maintenance, and upkeep of calibration records

The Person:

• Experience working as a Quality Inspector within a manufacturing environment
• Confident using metrology equipment, including CMMs, micrometers, vernier callipers
