In this role, you will manage and deliver BMS projects with full responsibility for design review, programme planning, people, clients and health and safety. You’ll oversee the engineering delivery across HVAC systems including AHUs, LPHWS, CWS, heat exchangers, FCUs and VAVs, coordinating teams, suppliers and stakeholders to keep projects on track. This role is Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM.

This role would suit a driven BMS Project Manager looking to take ownership of high-value projects, progress toward a Contracts Manager role, and boost earnings within a well-established, growing consultancy.

The Role:

• Manage and deliver BMS projects from design review to commissioning and handover
• Own project programmes, costs, resources and health & safety
• Coordinate engineers, site teams, suppliers and subcontractors
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Develop programmes and procurement schedules to meet deadlines
• Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

The Person:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within BMS systems
• Strong understanding of HVAC plant and building services
• Experience managing design review, programmes, costs and health & safety
• Experienced using Trend, Tridium, Siemens
• Commutable to Dublin
