On offer is the opportunity for a Warehouser Supervisor or similar to lead a team of Warehouse operatives in fast paced high energy fire lighting solutions company recognised as global leaders within the industry, offering great company benefits such as seasonal worktime and optional overtime.

In this role as Warehouse supervisor, you will be responsible for the oversight of warehouse operations, in addition you will also be responsible for the management of the forklift team. On top of this, you will also be responsible for cross departmental liaison, as well as monitoring the production to ensure smooth running of operations.

This role would suit a Warehouse Supervisor or similar with experience in stock taking and experience operating a forklift looking to take the next step in the career and lead a tight knit team of warehouse operatives.

The Role

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflow
• Lead, manage, and coordinate the forklift and warehouse operative teams
• Liaise with production and other departments to support operational continuity

The Person

• Experienced Warehouse Supervisor or similar in a fast-paced environment
• Strong background in stock control and warehouse operations
• Forklift-trained with the confidence to lead and develop a small team
