The company is a chartered architectural practice who have been working on high-end architectural and construction projects for a varied clientele for over 30 years. They work on plannings and designs for primarily residential but also commercial properties.

In this role you will gain experience on all aspects of the architecture work they do from working on planning and building regulations, reading technical drawings to creating concepts and drawings. You will also be able to step into management by mentoring Junior and Trainee Architectural Technologists

This role would suit an Architectural Technologist looking to join a close-knit, successful company who offer progression to management and the chance to work on high-quality, exciting and varied bespoke projects with guaranteed training.

The Role:
* Dealing with Architectural Designs, Planning and Building Regulations
* Dealing with the lifecycle of projects
* Hybrid role with 2 days a week in Barnstaple

The Person:
* Architectural Technician
* Looking to step into mentoring Junior Architectural Technicians
* Commutable to Barnstaple at least 2 days a week
