In this role you will be responsible for supporting customer requirements, reduction of poor-quality costs and drive continuous improvement across all departments ensuring a smooth running production of components.

This role would suit a Junior Quality Assurance Engineer looking to join a company at the heart of British manufacturing who support your career through training from industry experts and long-term progression routes into senior / management roles.

The role

• Drive continuous improvement projects
• Investigate shop floor issues, identifying root cause and finding solutions
• Manage customer documentation
• Conduct internal audits
• Take on board internal and external training resources to upskill yourself

The person

• Knowledge of machining processes
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Precision / machined parts background
