Are you an Architectural Technician from a Commercial, Industrial, or Retail background, looking to take the next steps in your career, joining a well-established Architectural firm, with multiple sites across the UK, offering a structured pathway for progression into an Associate?

In this role you will be taking ownership for a range of projects, including within the commercial, industrial, and residential sector. You will be responsible for all elements of a project, from occasional travelling initial client site visits across the UK, to the design and conceptualisation, to completion. You will primarily use MicroStation and AutoCAD to deliver projects across the RIBA work stages.

This role would suit a Senior Architectural Technician or Technologist, looking to advance their career within a reputable, supportive, and forward-thinking practice, offering clear scope for progression, influence and responsibility within the firm, and generous package including hybrid working.

The Role:

• Manage architectural projects across different RIBA Stages, from design, to development through to completion
• Liaise with internal teams and external clients
• Ensure compliance with regulations and standards
• 37.5 hours per week, hybrid work, occasional client site visits
