The role

• Plan and manage a variety of engineering staff
• Overseeing different departments in the small tight knit family run environment
• Liaising with senior directors to update on engineering activities
• Play a pivotal role in a growing business

• Proven experience in a relevant field
• Commutable to Kilkeel
